LongRun Pu-erh Tea Cake - Qinwei (Year 2012, Fermented)
QinWei, Chinese for melodies, is a carefully crafted fermented Pu-erh teacake. It's tea leaves are picked from mountains ranges with average altitude of 1500 meters to ensure all pollution free environments. After a careful selection process, the teacake is then fermented with traditional methods of 86 unique steps.
Qinwei's flavors intensify through longer steeping times with unique and earthy aromas. This special tea offers a chestnut like color throughout the brewing process.
